The UI relies on hundreds of volunteers (including UI faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends of the UI) to help make the University of Iowa booth at the State Fair a success. Help make the University of Iowa State Fair booth successful by volunteering this year! Volunteers assist with many aspects of the booth, including: distributing University of Iowa giveaways, rolling and distributing Hawkeye football posters, assisting with booth features, greeting fair attendees, answering questions about the University of Iowa, etc.

Please complete the form below if you would like to join us this year at the 2025 Iowa State Fair, August 7-17, in the Varied Industries Building. Please note that volunteers may initially sign up for only one shift. If you are interested in additional shifts, you may indicate this in the request field, but please be aware that spots are limited.
